Team Bios
Kristen Drago, President
Kristen Drago has over 20 years of management experience with nation-wide training and development in both the private and corporate sectors. She has designed and implemented employee and management training programs as well as seminars for corporate retail and restaurant chains. Kristen has also provided strategic marketing planning in the form of client-targeted campaigns. She has a B.S. in Design from West Virginia University and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design from The University of Maryland. Her published work is based on creating quality e-learning and related learner support systems in the workplace. Kristen proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Alpha House of Tampa, she is a member of the Tampa Bay Partnership, particularly within the Transportation Task Force, and she sponsors and supports Big Brothers Big Sisters Association of Florida, as well as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay. Kristen is a member of Leadership Westshore, 2008, The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, The South Tampa Chamber of Commerce, The Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce, Westshore Alliance, TIBA (Tampa Independent Business Alliance), SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management, and The Florida Staffing Association. Kristen’s passion, drive and creativity combined with her deep understanding of organizational dynamics provide a strategic direction and long-term success for Sun Coast Staffing that build on the timeless mission and fundamentals of the company that were developed by founder George Entin in 1987.
Kim Lane, Staffing Manager
She was born and raised in Iowa before she moved to Florida in 2004. She graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Iowa. Kim has a keen sense for talent and is tirelessly driven to provide the best service to clients and candidates. Kim volunteers as a Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay. She enjoys running, going to the beach and taking care of her two dogs.
Jennifer Desquitado, Operations Manager
Jennifer was born and raised in the Philippines. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Jennifer has an unwavering loyalty and an intense desire to be the best, and to help Sun Coast Staffing to be the best. She has an extensive HR background, including internal recruiting and management experience within the global shipping industry. Jennifer is committed to the highest level of quality service and attention to her client and candidate relationships. Jennifer is well-traveled, and she loves to cook and entertain family and friends. She enjoys great wine, food and great company.
Michelle LeFurge, Staffing Coordinator
After college, Michelle managed successful retail and medical organizations where she gained extensive experience in human resources and business development. Michelle has a true talent for bringing people together and a gift for building relationships. Her long-term commitment to Sun Coast Staffing and our people are instrumental to our success.
Maribeth Rivers, Staffing Coordinator
She grew up in Tallahassee and graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s of Science In Sociology and a Minor In Psychology. Upon graduation Maribeth moved to Tampa and worked in business development before joining the Sun Coast Staffing team. Maribeth has a positive energy about her that make people want to connect with her. She is active in the Brandon Chamber of Commerce, YP Brandon and Business Buddies of Tampa Bay.
Tracy Troudt, Office and Applicant Coordinator
Tracy has a vast business background; growing up and working in a family-owned business, then furthering her career in the corporate sector. Prior to moving to Tampa, Tracy lived in the Midwest where she credits her core values of being kind, helpful, and greeting everyone with a smile. Tracy knows no stranger, she has an innate ability to make people feel instantly comfortable, and the minute you walk into our office, you are part of the family. Her biggest joy in life is being a mother to her two wonderful children.
